1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and TechFlow Solutions ("TechFlow", "we", "us"), 1st floor, Dr Annie Besant Rd, Municipal Colony, Worli Shivaji Nagar, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400030, India. By using techflowsolutions.in ("the site"), you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Our products have their own terms

This site gives information about TechFlow and our products. When you sign up for WaFlow (getwaflow.com), ReviewsFlow (reviewsflow.in) or InventoryFlow, that product's own terms of service, pricing and privacy policy govern your use of it. If they conflict with these terms, the product's terms win for that product.

3. Using the site

You must be at least 18 to use the site. You agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to send spam, fraud or harmful content;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people's data;
• disrupt the site, including by overloading it, introducing malware, or scraping it at scale;
• copy, resell or pass off our content, design or branding as your own;
• pretend to be TechFlow or anyone else.

We can restrict access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but it's provided for general information and may change without notice.

• Prices shown are indicative and may exclude GST. The price you pay is the one confirmed when you sign up for a product.
• Product screens, live activity and example businesses on the site are illustrative, to show how a product works. They don't show real customer data.
• Results and figures, such as messages sent or returns from a campaign, describe past results and don't guarantee what you'll achieve.
• Nothing on the site is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.

5. Waitlists and early access

Joining a waitlist, such as for InventoryFlow, doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or particular features or prices. Early-access or pilot versions may be incomplete, change often, and are provided as they are. We may ask for your feedback and will tell you the terms of any early-access programme before you start.

6. Communications

When you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we can contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request and the products you asked about. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to info@techflowsolutions.in. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

7. Our content and brands

The site's content, design, code, logos and the names TechFlow, WaFlow, ReviewsFlow and InventoryFlow belong to TechFlow or its licensors. You can view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.

WhatsApp, Meta and Google are trademarks of their owners. TechFlow is independent of, and not endorsed by, Meta or WhatsApp.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to you. We won't publicly name you or your business without your permission.

9. Links and third-party services

The site links to other websites and services, including our product sites, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is under their terms.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TechFlow isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to ₹5,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law, including for fraud. Your use of a product is covered by that product's terms, not by this limit.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate TechFlow for reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first and we'll try to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

15. Contact and grievances

For questions or complaints about the site or these terms, contact us. We'll acknowledge your message within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
