InventoryFlow · Coming soon

Know what's in every godown, case by case.

Built for distributors, stockists and wholesalers who run their own godowns, in any trade. Track every case in and out, move expiring batches first, and confirm retailer orders on WhatsApp without calling the godown.

Every case, every batch, every godown

Godown-wise stock

Inward entries when trucks arrive, dispatch entries when orders leave, and transfers between godowns. Stock counted in cases and pieces, the way your team already talks.

Batch and expiry alerts

Every batch is tracked with its expiry date, so the oldest stock goes out first and you hear about short-expiry stock while there is still time to sell it.

Orders checked against live stock

Retailers and salesmen send orders on WhatsApp. InventoryFlow checks them against what's actually in the godown and reserves the stock before you promise it.

From godown to dispatch in three steps

Designed around how godown staff actually count and move stock. No ERP-style setup, and it keeps working alongside your billing software.

Add your godowns

Set up each godown once, with its own racks or zones if you use them.

Import opening stock

Bring in current stock and batches from your existing Excel sheet or billing software export.

Run inward, dispatch and orders

Godown staff log stock in and out from a phone. You get low-stock and expiry alerts on WhatsApp.

Distributors, stockists and wholesalers.

InventoryFlow is for businesses that buy in bulk, hold stock in one or more godowns, and supply retailers: FMCG, hardware, electricals, pharma, packaging, whatever the trade. If your stock lives in a register or an Excel sheet and your salesmen call the godown to check before every order, it's built for you.

A day in the godown

This is where we are building InventoryFlow to help. Everything under "InventoryFlow will" is planned, not yet available.

  1. Morning

    Orders arrive on WhatsApp

Retailers and salesmen send orders as messages. Today someone calls the godown to check stock before saying yes.

InventoryFlow will: Check each order against live stock and reserve it before you promise it.

  2. Late morning

    A truck arrives

The godown team counts the cases against the challan and writes them in a register.

InventoryFlow will: Let staff log the inward entry from a phone, with batch and expiry, into the right godown.

  3. Afternoon

    Dispatch

Cases leave for retailers. The oldest stock should go first, but that depends on who is loading.

InventoryFlow will: Suggest the oldest batch first, and cut the stock when the dispatch is logged.

  4. Later in the day

    Transfer between godowns

One godown runs short while another has plenty, and the transfer lives on a phone call and a slip.

InventoryFlow will: Record the transfer so both godowns show the right stock.

  5. Evening

    Low-stock and expiry check

Someone goes through the register to see what is running low or close to expiry.

InventoryFlow will: Send low-stock and short-expiry alerts to you on WhatsApp.

Common questions

Honest answers about a product that is still being built.

When will InventoryFlow launch?

We have not set a launch date and will not promise one. It is in development. Join the waitlist and we will keep you updated.

Will it replace my billing software?

No. InventoryFlow is planned to work alongside your billing software, not replace it.

How much will it cost?

Pricing has not been decided yet, so we cannot give a figure. Tell us what you would expect to pay when you join; it helps us decide.

Can I bring in my existing stock?

That is the plan. You will be able to import opening stock from an Excel sheet or a billing-software export.

Will my godown staff need a computer?

That is the aim. We are building phone-based entries so godown staff can log stock in and out from their phones.

Is any of this available today?

No. Everything on this page describes what we are building. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when something is ready to try.
