Festive pre-orders, pickup slots and gentle reminders to people who ordered last year.
Retail shops
New stock, offers and reminders when a regular customer is due to buy again.
Coaching institutes
Admission follow-ups, demo class invites and batch updates for parents and students.

WhatsApp rules, explained simply
These are the rules of the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Knowing them keeps your number healthy.
- Opt-in first
- You can message only people who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp. Ask at the counter, on the bill or on a form, and keep a record.
- Approved templates
- Messages you send to start a conversation, like offers or reminders, use templates that WhatsApp has approved in advance.
- The 24-hour reply window
- When a customer messages you, you can reply freely for the next 24 hours. After that, you go back to an approved template.
- Quality and blocks
- If customers block or report your messages, your number's quality suffers. Send relevant messages, and stop messaging people who ask you to.
- Verified business name
- On the official platform, a verified business number can show your shop's name instead of just a phone number.

Book a free consultation. We guide you through your first send. The steps are: upload your customers, choose an approved template, send or schedule, and track the response. No card is needed to chat.
Can I write my own messages?
Messages you send to start a conversation use approved templates. You start from an approved message and make it relevant to your customers. Once a customer replies, you can answer freely within 24 hours.
