ReviewsFlow · For pathology labs

Recover the revenue your pathology lab is quietly losing.

ReviewsFlow sends reports, review requests and repeat-test reminders from your lab's own verified WhatsApp Business number, so the name patients see in their chat list is yours, not a big chain's.

Piloting in Mumbai and Pune. The founder replies personally, usually within the hour.

Built for a specific kind of lab

It's for you if

  • Owner-operated diagnostic lab or collection centre
  • 100–500 patients a day
  • WhatsApp already used daily, often from a personal number
  • Based in Mumbai or Pune (pilot region)

It's not for

Hospital chains or franchise networks. If that's you, we're not the right tool yet.

The pilot is intentionally small: two labs are live, and a handful of slots remain.

How much revenue is walking out of your lab?

Many labs find that most first-time patients never come back. Put in your own numbers and see what that costs you each month.

A common pattern labs report is 60 to 70.
Edit this if your own expectation is lower or higher.
Revenue leaking out each month
₹20,28,000
Recoverable each month
₹4,05,600

That is about 2,028 patients a month who do not return. The formula comes from reviewsflow.in: patients per day × working days × share who never return × average bill. Every assumption is editable. This is an estimate, not a promise of results.

Four modules, one WhatsApp thread

Module 1

Appointment booking and confirmation

Patients book fasting slots at 11pm and forget by morning. A WhatsApp confirmation and reminder means fewer empty chairs.

  • Confirmation for every booking, no staff effort
  • Reminders that cut no-shows
ReviewsFlow appointments screen showing booked slots and WhatsApp confirmations

Module 2

Report delivery on WhatsApp

Reports land on WhatsApp the minute they're signed off, with delivery and read status tracked.

  • The “is my report ready?” calls stop
  • Every report tracked, with a consent trail

Module 3

Reviews and feedback

Happy patients get a one-tap route to Google. Unhappy ones come to you first, privately.

  • Review request sent right after the report
  • Low ratings reach the owner, not Google
The ReviewsFlow review flow on a phone: a rating request, then a Google review prompt for happy patients

Module 4

Campaigns that bring patients back

The same thread sends repeat-test reminders, health-camp invites and offers to lapsed patients.

  • 17× ROI on a verified Women's Day campaign
  • Spend and delivery tracked in one place

A patient's journey with ReviewsFlow

One patient, five touchpoints, all on WhatsApp and all from your lab's number.

  1. Booking

    Booking confirmation

The patient books a slot. A WhatsApp confirmation and reminder goes from your lab's own number, so fasting patients remember to come.

  2. At the centre

    Sample collected

Your staff collect the sample as usual. Nothing changes at the front desk.

  3. When the report is ready

    Report on WhatsApp

The report reaches the patient on WhatsApp from the system you already run, so the front desk stops fielding "is my report ready?" calls.

  4. Right after the report

    Review request

The same thread asks how the visit went.

Happy patient: a prompt to leave a Google review.

Unhappy patient: the feedback goes privately to you, the owner, before it becomes a public review.

  5. Months later

    Retest reminder and health package

When a repeat test is due, the patient gets a reminder with a link to book. Prepaid health packages and offers reach every consented patient.

Safe sending, because your number is your lab's name

A banned number would stop reports reaching patients. These guardrails are built in so your number stays healthy.

What protects your number

  • Consent is logged for every patient, which gives you a DPDP-ready record
  • STOP replies are honoured instantly
  • An AI monitor watches delivery and block rates
  • Daily send limits pace your campaigns
  • Reports and messages go through the official WhatsApp Business API, not an unofficial bridge

So far, zero bans

48,600+ reports and 40,000+ campaign messages sent, with no number bans.

ReviewsFlow works alongside your lab's LIMS. You keep the software you run today, and reports go out from it.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Chat with the founder on WhatsApp or see reviewsflow.in.

Is this DPDP-compliant for patient data?

Yes. Consent is captured and logged per patient, and every message goes through the official WhatsApp Business API, not an unofficial bridge that risks your number.

My staff can't learn new software.

If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. The receptionist's day doesn't change; follow-ups happen on their own.

Do we need to change our lab software?

No. Keep your LIMS. ReviewsFlow sits between your LIMS and the patient, and reports go out from the system you already run.

Will my number get banned?

Consent is logged per patient, STOP replies are honoured instantly, delivery and block rates are monitored, and daily send limits pace campaigns. 48,600+ reports and 40,000+ campaign messages so far, zero bans.

How long does setup take?

It starts with one WhatsApp call, then we onboard your number and templates. Most pilot labs sent their first automated report within a week.

Won't patients find the messages annoying?

Messages go only to patients who consented, from your lab's own verified number, and most are things patients expect: a booking confirmation, their report, a reminder. STOP is honoured instantly, and daily send limits stop campaigns from flooding anyone.

Who do we talk to?

The founder. Message on WhatsApp and the founder replies personally, usually within the hour.

What does it cost?

One plan, ₹2,499 a month, with all four modules and prepaid patient health packages. For multiple branches or a custom setup, message us and we will work it out.
