The short version
- This website collects very little: what you send us when you contact us or join a waitlist, and basic technical logs.
- We use it to reply to you and to tell you about the products you asked about. We never sell it.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to info@techflowsolutions.in.
- When you use WaFlow, ReviewsFlow or InventoryFlow, that product's own privacy policy also applies.
1. Who we are
This website, techflowsolutions.in, is run by TechFlow Solutions ("TechFlow", "we", "us"), with its office at 1st floor, Dr Annie Besant Rd, Municipal Colony, Worli Shivaji Nagar, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400030, India.
This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. For data covered by this policy, TechFlow is the data fiduciary.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the ways you contact TechFlow directly: email, phone, WhatsApp and waitlists.
Each of our products (WaFlow at getwaflow.com, ReviewsFlow at reviewsflow.in, and InventoryFlow once launched) publishes its own privacy policy for people who sign up and use it. Where a product's policy is more specific, it applies to your use of that product. Section 12 explains how we handle data that our business customers process through our products.
3. What we collect
| Type | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number | You, when you email, call, message us or join a waitlist |
| What you tell us | Your message, the product you're interested in, your business type and size | You |
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time | Collected automatically by our hosting provider's server logs |
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us through this website, sensitive data such as passwords, bank or card details, health records or government ID numbers.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you and help with the question you asked, based on your consent when you contact us.
- To run waitlists and early access, such as telling you when InventoryFlow opens, based on your consent when you sign up.
- To keep the website working and secure, for example to detect abuse or fix errors, as a legitimate use permitted under the DPDP Act.
- To meet legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We don't sell personal data, use it for automated decisions about you, or send marketing you haven't asked for.
5. Email, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are carried by Meta's WhatsApp service and are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. TechFlow is independent of Meta and WhatsApp.
We'll only message or call you about the request you made or the products you signed up to hear about. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or write to us to stop any further messages, and we'll act on it promptly.
8. Where it's stored and how long we keep it
Some of our service providers may store data outside India. We transfer data only to countries not restricted by the Government of India under the DPDP Act, and with appropriate safeguards.
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation, so we have context if you contact us again.
- Waitlists: until you leave the waitlist, or 12 months after the product launches, whichever comes first.
- Server logs: usually no longer than 90 days.
We may keep data longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax or accounting records.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and service providers with recognised security standards. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we'll inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct or update data that's wrong or incomplete.
- Erase data we no longer need, or that you no longer want us to have.
- Withdraw consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied.
Email info@techflowsolutions.in from the address you used with us, or message us on WhatsApp from the same number. We'll respond within 30 days.
11. Children
Our website and products are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Data our customers process through our products
Our products help businesses communicate with their own customers. For example, a lab uses ReviewsFlow to send reports to its patients, and a shop uses WaFlow to message its buyers. In these cases the business is the data fiduciary for its customers' data, and TechFlow processes that data only on the business's instructions, as a data processor.
If you received a message from a business that uses our products and want to know how your data is used, or want it deleted, contact that business directly. We'll help them respond to your request.
13. Grievance Officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
14. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect.
