What we believe
Software should fit the business, not the other way round
A sweet shop, a pathology lab and a wholesale distributor do not run the same way, so they should not be handed the same tool. We pick one kind of business, learn how its day actually goes, and build for that.
Meet people where they already work
Customers, patients and retailers in India already live on WhatsApp. We would rather make that channel dependable than ask anyone to learn a new app, and we use the official WhatsApp Business Platform so it stays dependable.
Permission comes before reach
A message people did not ask for costs you trust and can cost you your number. Opt-in, easy opt-out and consent records are part of the product, not an afterthought.
Say only what we can back up
We would rather tell you a product is still in development than imply it is finished. The status of every product is on this page.

How we build
Three habits that shape what we ship.
Pilot first, with real businesses
ReviewsFlow is the example. It began as a pilot with two labs, in Mumbai and Pune, before we described it as a product. Their daily volume, their LIMS and their patients shaped the modules, and 48,600+ reports have gone out so far.
Founder-led support on WhatsApp
When you message us, a founder answers, not a ticket queue. ReviewsFlow customers reach the founder personally on WhatsApp, who usually replies within the hour.
One product at a time
WaFlow is live, ReviewsFlow is in pilot and InventoryFlow is in development with a waitlist. We would rather finish one thing than start three, and we tell you which stage each one is at.
